Onsite•onsite Responsibilities Act as a tech lead to manage automation requests, determining suitable tools and platforms Conduct meetings and discussions with multiple lines of business and the full team to coordinate actions and clarify requirements Provide minimal mentoring to junior team members Perform light coding tasks as needed Requirements 8•10 years of experience in automation and development Proficiency with Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, Python or Java Knowledge of Gen AI, SharePoint, Jira, or ServiceNow is a plus Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong written and verbal communication skills On-site work requirement at Strongsville, OH location System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
