Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Voice Engineer to lead the technical deployment, dial plan architecture, and endpoint modernization for a cloud collaboration platform. This role focuses on platform configuration, building advanced call routing mechanisms, and transitioning legacy hardware into a modern cloud ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Cisco Webex Control Hub tenant settings to support high availability and security compliance.
- Design, build, and optimize enterprise-wide dial plans, routing policies, and call routing behaviors.
- Lead and execute the migration of Cisco enterprise-class phones to Multiplatform Phone (MPP) firmware for Webex Calling onboarding.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex cloud routing and hardware integration issues. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated voice engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on cloud-based collaboration suites.
- Deep hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Control Hub, dial plans, and Enterprise-to-MPP firmware conversions. Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration certification.
- Cisco Webex Calling Administrator Professional certification.
