Up to $112,000 base + 10% bonus + 15% retirement contribution

Senior / Technical Lead About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Voice Engineer III to lead the strategy, architecture, engineering, and operational support of a large-scale enterprise Voice environment supporting headquarters, hundreds of retail locations, and continued business expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Voice professional who enjoys combining architecture, hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, mentoring, and strategic technology leadership. What You'll Do Lead Voice platform strategy, architecture, standards, and technology roadmap. Design highly available, secure, and scalable enterprise Voice solutions. Engineer and support Webex Calling, VoIP/SIP, Webex Contact Center, soft phones, hard phones, and voice gateways . Perform advanced installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Provide Level 2/3 support for complex escalations and major outages. Conduct root-cause analysis and implement long-term corrective solutions. Partner with infrastructure, applications, data, and business teams on integrated solutions. Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved operational efficiency. Mentor junior engineers and establish documentation, standards, and best practices. Participate in an on-call rotation for critical production issues. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline, or 7+ years of progressive enterprise Voice experience . Deep expertise with Webex Calling, SIP/VoIP, and Webex Contact Center environments . Strong understanding of Ethernet, VLANs, ARP, IP, NAT, TCP/UDP, DNS, and DHCP . Experience designing and implementing complex multi-site Voice and Contact Center solutions. CCNP Collaboration or comparable professional certification preferred. Python, Ansible, or other automation/scripting experience is a plus. Strong troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. #Workwolf
