Job Description
Join a rapidly growing technology organization as a full-time Team Lead NOC Engineer based in King of Prussia. This company delivers enterprise-scale infrastructure and managed services solutions to clients across multiple industries, leveraging cutting-edge technologies including Red Hat Linux, Windows Server environments, virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, and monitoring tools. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing Network Operations Center team while remaining hands-on with critical systems and infrastructure. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC), Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Operations environments 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams Strong experience with Red Hat Linux administration and troubleshooting Experience supporting Windows Server environments Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting platforms Strong incident management and escalation handling skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Desired Skills & Experience Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Exposure to automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash scripting Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management processes Previous experience in a managed services or enterprise operations environment Security and compliance experience What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 100% Networking Daily Responsibilities 60% Hands-On Technical Support & Troubleshooting 25% Management Duties & Team Leadership 15% Team Collaboration & Strategic Planning The Offer Bonus eligible You will receive the following benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Vacation Time Stock Options 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays Professional Development and Certification Assistance Flexible Work Arrangements Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
