  • Degree First Shift (Day) Apply Now Applied Job details Our client is seeking a Building Automation Engineer with 2-10 years of hands-on BAS / controls experience to support facility infrastructure systems and optimize building performance.
This role will focus on programming, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving BAS systems, including HVAC, lighting, alarms, and access control. Candidates must have basic BAS programming experience
  • Niagara experience is preferred but not required, as long as you possess current hands-on experience with comparable BAS platforms such as Siemens Desigo, Metasys, Schneider, Honeywell, or similar systems.

Climate Controlled M-Friday:
Day Shift/On call as needed
  • Monitor and maintain BAS systems for HVAC, lighting, and access control
  • Perform basic BAS programming, sequence updates, and system modifications
  • Troubleshoot alarms and controls issues remotely and on-site
  • Support commissioning, upgrades, and energy optimization initiatives
  • Coordinate with facilities teams, vendors, and contractors
  • Maintain documentation, system configurations, and compliance records Requirements
  • 2-10 years of BAS / building automation experience
  • Basic BAS programming experience required
  • Niagara preferred, but similar current BAS experience accepted
  • Knowledge HVAC controls and troubleshooting of actuators and valves preferred
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
