• Over two years of experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to automate and enhance operational tasks
• Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus, or ELK
• Expertise in Windows Server operating systems, networking concepts, and virtualization
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve complex problems while working collaboratively
