We are seeking a skilled and innovative Automation Engineer to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in designing, and implementing automation systems to optimize our customer's manufacturing. The ideal candidate is experienced in the latest industry trends and standards for automated technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, design, test, and implement complex automation solutions to improve productivity, quality, and reliability in manufacturing process. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing and process needs and translate these into technical requirements. 3. Specify, program, and implement PLC-based control systems, operator interfaces, and related equipment. 4. Document all system designs, modifications, and developments in accordance with company standards. 5. Maintain knowledge of the latest developments in the automation field and identify new technologies that could benefit our processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation design and implementation. 3. Experience with Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley PLC programming, HMI design, and industrial networking protocols. 4. Demonstrated experience with industry-leading automation software (e.g., Studio 5000, AutoCAD, etc.) 5. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8. Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in automation technology.
