This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping critical systems running smoothly, troubleshooting user and platform issues, and ensuring a stable and secure remote access experience across the organization. You ll work closely with infrastructure and support teams to manage day-to-day Citrix operations, perform upgrades and maintenance activities, and support ongoing platform improvements. This position offers a mix of hands-on administration, operational support, and exposure to evolving virtualization technologies including Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365. Do:

Key Responsibilities Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Citrix ADC (NetScaler) environments, including troubleshooting user connectivity and performance issues Perform routine platform maintenance including patching, upgrades, monitoring, and system health checks across Azure and VMware-hosted environments Support provisioning, configuration changes, and operational tasks using PowerShell and automation tools where applicable Assist with user access management, Active Directory integrations, and implementation of security and system hardening standards Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to maintain platform stability, reliability, and operational best practices What Gets You the

Job:
