Delta Dental of Illinois is seeking a Dental Network Development Specialist to support provider recruitment, engagement, and retention across the dental network. This role serves as a trusted advisor to dental practices and contributes to provider relations, reimbursement initiatives, and network performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Recruit, engage, and retain dental providers to strengthen the network. Build strong provider relationships through outreach, office visits, onboarding, and ongoing support. Resolve provider issues related to claims, reimbursement, policy interpretation, and network participation. Analyze provider and network data to identify trends and support planning and decision-making. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in provider relations, clinical dentistry, dental practice management, or network development. Strong knowledge of dental office operations, workflow, and reimbursement practices. Experience working directly with dental or medical providers. Ability to travel occasionally within Illinois for meetings, events, and office visits.
