LP Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the remote support and implementation of network and telephony hardware/software for North American stores. The ideal candidate will manage onsite technicians, coordinate with construction, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure timely and efficient deployments. A key focus will be on proactive communication, vendor management, and accurate reporting for all network-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all North American store network and telephony deployments, break-fix, and construction coordination. Configure network and telephony hardware, order circuits, and manage implementation timelines for US and Canadian markets. Diagnose, resolve, and escalate technical and procedural networking issues, addressing service level escalations promptly. Manage multiple vendors, including oversight of shipping/receiving and engaging in network troubleshooting escalations. Maintain inventory and reporting systems, track project status, and provide regular leadership updates on network activities.

Must Have Skills:

Proficiency with Smartsheet, Service Now, and Microsoft Office Applications. Excellent analytical problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and learn technical retail environments.

Domain/Industry Experience:

Retail experience is desirable.
