Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise network environment spanning hundreds of distributed locations across multiple states. This role offers the opportunity to work on network deployments, store and branch connectivity, wireless infrastructure, routing and switching, troubleshooting, and operational support within a complex Cisco networking environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy a mix of implementation, project work, and day-to-day network operations while helping maintain reliable connectivity across a growing organization. Support network refreshes, site turn-ups, upgrades, and infrastructure implementations. Validate connectivity, wireless coverage, routing, failover functionality, and application access. Network Operations & Support Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and voice-related issues. Perform root cause analysis and resolve network outages and performance concerns. Participate in incident response, maintenance windows, and escalation activities. Support ongoing operations of data, voice, wireless, and edge network services.
