Job Description
Purpose:
Implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure.Complete network improvement projects with current network engineer.
Key Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):(Configure and install various network devices and services (ex. Firewall, Switches, Wireless controller, NMS).Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches and hot fixes.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
Managing & keeping track of all network assets (Hardware & software).Communicate with HQ network engineers in South Korea to implement & operate Global Mando Network Solutions.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems or related fieldMore than 5 years experience in the above-mentioned technical areasProven experience managing mid- to large-scale network environment across multiple locationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, and VLAN trunking. Experience with CiscoStrong knowledge of firewall management (Palo Alto, PFsense or Cisco) and VPN technologies (IPSEC/SSL)Experience managing enterprise-grade Wi-Fi solutions and troubleshooting RF interference.Deep understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP.CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent industry certifications are highly valued.

Must be at least 18 years of age due to federal labor law requirements.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
