Working Shift:

8 am CT to 5 pm CT Role Overview We need a Senior Cisco Meraki administrator to help with store network lifecycle and provide status updates to management by navigating the Meraki dashboard.

Core Responsibilities:

Tracking and reporting on Inventory KPI s. Monitoring inventory of lifecycle devices. Creating and maintaining documentation related to network changes. Acting as an escalation point addressing anomalies. Verifying configuration of new devices. Ensuring lifecycled devices are removed from the Meraki dashboard. Providing detailed progress reports on lifecycle status.

Required Technical Skills :

Expert-level knowledge of the Meraki Dashboard (MS, MX, MR, MV, SM).

Networking Protocols:

Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and VPN technologies. : Expertise in Wi-Fi standards, RF site surveys, and security. Candidate is expected to provide on-call support on weekends for P1 tickets.
