Drive data-informed team performance and operational excellence by guiding the use of telemetry and analytics from platforms such as ACI APIC, Arista CloudVision, and MPLS monitoring to prioritize initiatives, strengthen SLAs, reduce incidents, enhance cost efficiency, and achieve measurable improvements in uptime and network performance Lead the organization's network security strategy and risk management, directing the implementation of zero-trust architecture, micro-segmentation, MPLS VPN security, threat detection, HIPAA-aligned controls, and adoption of modern practices including SASE and continuous verification Champion team adoption and maturity in automation technologies (ACI APIs, Arista programmability, IaC/Ansible), AIOps for predictive and self-healing operations, and advanced observability practices, while guiding the strategic transition from legacy systems to next-generation intelligent network environments.
