Your Impact Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team across manual and automated testing disciplines Define and drive quality strategy, standards, and best practices across the organization Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test solutions across UI, API, and backend layers Own and execute comprehensive test planning, including test case design, traceability, and coverage optimization Collaborate with engineering and product teams to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and align on quality goals Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality feedback and shift-left testing practices Identify, document, and manage defects, including root cause analysis and defect prevention initiatives Validate end-to-end workflows across integrated, data-driven, and distributed systems Drive continuous improvement in test automation adoption, efficiency, and overall product quality Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality outcomes through clear reporting to support release readiness decisions
