Controls Engineer 6 month contract to direct hire opportunity Job Scope Design, program, and troubleshoot industrial automation and control systems. Develop automation projects from concept through implementation. Design electrical circuits and control panels. Integrate PLCs, HMIs, industrial robots, and motion control systems. Support pneumatic, hydraulic, VFD, servo, and industrial communication applications. Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration. Qualifications Approximately 4+ years of controls engineering or industrial automation experience. Hands-on PLC programming and HMI development experience. Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, Siemens, and/or FANUC. Knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, and industrial automation. Familiarity with robotics, VFDs, servo applications, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial networks (DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, Profibus). Custom automation or machine-building experience preferred.
