Network Analyst III

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Serving as a key point of contact for escalated network or application performance concernsAdministering and maintaining network monitoring platforms and configuration management systemsProviding hands‑on technical support for all network infrastructure componentsUsing the organization's service management portal to track, document, and process incidents, outages, and change activitiesResearching, assessing, and recommending new technologies that align with industry standards and operational best practicesPlanning, coordinating, and overseeing change activities during scheduled maintenance periodsCollaborating and communicating effectively with global teams, end users, and technical stakeholders
