Key Responsibilities:

Engaging directly with respective technology operations owners to collaboratively identify, validate, and champion automation opportunities Ability to define automation requirements; hands‑on playbook development is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with automation and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Ansible, runbooks, workflow engines Good understanding of ITSM processes and operational workflows. ================================================W2============================================================================= We have an immediate opportunity for a Automation Engineer•AIOps and this role emphasizes AIOps and Automation as the primary skill set, requiring close collaboration with technology operations owners to identify, validate, and drive automation opportunities across systems and processes. The individual should be capable of defining clear automation requirements and understanding how to translate operational needs into scalable solutions. While hands-on experience in developing playbooks is advantageous, it is not mandatory; however, familiarity with automation and orchestration frameworks such as Ansible, runbooks, and workflow engines is essential to effectively support automation initiatives. As a secondary skill, a solid grounding in IT Service Management (ITSM) is important to ensure alignment with established operational processes and service delivery models. The candidate should have a good understanding of ITSM practices, including incident, problem, and change management, and how these workflows integrate with automation efforts. This combination enables the individual to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure that automation solutions are practical, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.
