Job Description

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for coordinating and overseeing work performed by vendors to ensure timely completion, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. This role serves as a key liaison between vendors, dispatch, field technicians, and engineering teams to support efficient service delivery and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign, monitor, and manage vendor workloads. Review and validate job status updates, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Investigate delays, missed commitments, and service-impacting issues. Support dispatch operations with administrative tasks and field readiness verification. Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and operational reporting dashboards. Communicate regularly with vendors, dispatch, field technicians, and engineering teams to ensure workflow alignment and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and workload tracking. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous service desk, dispatch, operations coordination, or vendor management experience preferred.
