12/31/2026 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in LTE and 5G radio network design, optimization, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ericsson environments, RF optimization tools, and large-scale wireless network projects.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in wireless network engineering, optimization, or RF design BSEE, BSCS, or equivalent applicable experience Strong experience with 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LTE, CBRS, IoT, and multi-vendor environments Extensive experience with RF planning and optimization tools including Planet EV, Atoll, TEMS, Actix, Agilent, and R&S Strong understanding of LTE/5G Layer 3 messaging and KPI analysis Experience leading large-scale wireless projects and coordinating technical activities Knowledge of Ericsson ENM and optimization platforms Ability to analyze drive test data and improve network performance Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Flexibility for extensive travel within the U.S. Proficient with

Microsoft Office Suite Key Responsibilities:

Perform LTE and 5G radio network design, implementation, tuning, and optimization Analyze network performance and recommend improvements to KPIs, handovers, and capacity Conduct event analysis and resolve accessibility, retainability, and HO success rate issues Utilize planning tools to develop and optimize cell plans, tilt/azimuth configurations, and new site proposals Perform model tuning and Monte Carlo analysis Analyze drive test data and recommend parameter changes and feature activations Support optimization activities for loaded networks and traffic analysis Coordinate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and customers Identify opportunities for network improvement and additional services Maintain compliance with required certifications and training standards Broadstaff, LLC., provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected classification protected by federal, state or local laws.
