Plano, TX & Jersey City NJ What's the Job? Design, deploy, and maintain NoSQL database clusters on Linux operating systems used across various applications. Manage and support multiple development, QA, and production environments for NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, SingleStore, CockroachDB, and Redis. Implement and optimize distributed database solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Develop and maintain shell scripts and automation tools to streamline database operations and system administration tasks. Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for database and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. What's Needed? Extensive experience with Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting. Proficiency in managing NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, SingleStore, CockroachDB, Redis, etc. Strong background in DevOps practices and scripting languages like Python, Shell, and Ansible. Experience supporting distributed database environments in a production setting. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. What's in it for me?
