Job Description
Job Summary The Application Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and stability of specific COTS ("Commercial-Off-The-Shelf") applications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide second-level support for application-related issues, including troubleshooting, triage, and resolution of incidents. Monitor application performance and respond to alerts or notifications. Coordinate with technical support, server administrators, network administrators, and others as necessary to resolve issues. Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles. Conduct technician training sessions for applications, new features, or updates. Investigate and diagnose problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application processes, procedures, and performance. Implement automation and scripting for routine tasks to improve efficiency. Perform routine updates and patches under supervision. Document processes and procedures related to application management. Assist in testing and deploying new applications or upgrades. Required Qualifications Associate's degree in IT related field or relevant work experience (Preferred). Two (2) years of relevant experience (Preferred). An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Basic certifications (Preferred) - A+. Experience with RingCentral a plus. Preferred location El Paso TX or Las Cruces NNM, Remote considered as well.
