Audit vacant bills and comparing them to rent roll data to identify vacant recoveryRecord and send clients a list of tenants without utilities in their nameDouble-check bills sent to tenants in order to resolve disputes15-20% of the day is spent on the phonePreferred SkillsHave an advanced attention to detailAble to explain a complex idea, both verbally and in writing, using clear, professional languageComfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and ExcelCan independently analyze and reason to understand and resolve issuesComfortable asking questions in order to further your understanding
