Responsibilities As a Vacant Recovery Specialist, you will: Audit vacant bills and comparing them to rent roll data to identify vacant recovery Record and send clients a list of tenants without utilities in their name Double-check bills sent to tenants in order to resolve disputes 15-20% of the day is spent on the phone Preferred Skills Have an advanced attention to detail Able to explain a complex idea, both verbally and in writing, using clear, professional language Comfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and Excel Can independently analyze and reason to understand and resolve issues Comfortable asking questions in order to further your understanding
