Job Duties:
Configure and manage Cisco/DELL Network Routers, Network Switches, Wireless Access Points, Firewalls and Web Application Firewalls in the Data Center and multiple Tolling Roadway Environment. Diagnose and troubleshoot Infrastructure issues (Routing, Switching, QoS, DNS/DHCP, IPSec VPNs, DMVPN, Network Load-balancing, and Wireless) using network monitoring tools. Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades for network optimization and engage in executing LAN/WAN network technologies. Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures with cloud-native security application platforms and responsible for various network services. Network service and infrastructure lifecycle maintenance planning and activities. Establish networking environment by designing network configuration, directing system installation and upgrades, documenting, and enforcing system standards on multiple networking devices. Migrate, design and deploy datacenter firewalls and web application firewalls to the Microsoft Azure Cloud firewall. Administer cloud environments in Azure, including the deployment of virtual machines, configuring storage solutions, and managing network security groups. Manage and oversee Azure routing, load balancing, Firewall, Private Link, and Virtual Network topologies to enforce zero?trust security and high?availability cloud connectivity. Implement and optimize Azure network security controls- including NSGs, ASGs, Azure Firewall, WAF, and Sentinel integrations—to ensure compliant, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure. Configure, deploy and administer change management system in the organization and support computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies using Azure services, like Azure Site Recovery and Azure Backup, to ensure data integrity, availability, and quick recovery in case of failures. Govern Azure Firewall, WAF, DDoS Protection, NSGs, and ASGs to enforce micro?segmentation and zero?trust network security models. Implement Azure Front Door and Application Gateway for global load balancing, TLS termination, and secure application delivery. All the responsibilities mentioned above are in line with the professional background and requires an absolute minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, relevant engineering (computer engineering, software engineering, electronic engineering, or related), or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
