Active TS/SCI Required Position Overview Zachary Piper Solutions are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to support a mission-critical government program located in Fort Belvoir, VA. This individual will be responsible for administering and maintaining enterprise storage infrastructure, supporting SAN/NAS environments, and collaborating with systems, network, cybersecurity, and backup teams to ensure the availability, performance, and integrity of critical data resources. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with enterprise storage technologies, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and a proactive approach to infrastructure management within a secure operational environment. Responsibilities Administer and maintain enterprise SAN and NAS storage environments. Provision storage resources, manage LUNs and volumes, and perform capacity planning activities. Monitor storage health, utilization, and performance to ensure optimal system operation. Execute storage upgrades, firmware updates, patching, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with systems, network, database, backup, and cybersecurity teams to design and support enterprise storage solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage-related issues, including: Storage connectivity problems Performance bottlenecks Backup and recovery failures Server and application integration challenges Support Windows and Linux systems attached to enterprise storage platforms. Manage storage replication, snapshots, RAID configurations, and disaster recovery processes. Utilize monitoring and reporting tools to identify, troubleshoot, and remediate system performance concerns. Automate administrative tasks using scripting and infrastructure management tools where applicable. Participate in change management, incident response, maintenance windows, and on-call support activities. Maintain thorough documentation of storage architecture, operational procedures, and system configurations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of infrastructure, storage, or systems administration experience. Active TS/SCI Security Clearance. Security+ Certification (required). Must be eligible for SAP approval/review.Interview Process Candidates can expect:
