Job Description
Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer with strong expertise in firewall administration, specifically Palo Alto and Juniper technologies. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure network infrastructure, with a heavy focus on firewall configuration, optimization, and incident response.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, manage, and optimize Palo Alto (PAN-OS) and Juniper (SRX) firewalls in a production environmentDevelop and maintain firewall rules, NAT policies, VPN configurations (site-to-site and remote access)Monitor network traffic and security alerts; investigate and remediate potential threatsPerform firewall upgrades, patching, and lifecycle managementCollaborate with security and infrastructure teams to enforce network security best practicesTroubleshoot network connectivity, performance issues, and firewall-related incidentsSupport audits and ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirementsDocument network designs, configurations, and standard operating procedures
