Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Network Integration Specialist Fortify Senior advances Fortify's vision of being the provider network of choice by supporting Fortify's ability to provide practices with access to accurate, complete and timely data to support population health. This role supports Fortify's data quality lifecycle by ensuring robust data connectivity, monitoring existing data feeds and tracking quality reporting deliverables within the analytics team. The role will also provide project management and strategic planning support to the team in support of the Network's strategic plan. Reports to departmental leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Data Integration and Monitoring
  • Oversees the onboarding of new data feeds to Fortify's population health IT platform to ensure compliance with Fortify's data quality standards.
  • Monitors the health of Fortify's existing data feeds to identify any inconsistencies or gaps requiring remediation.
  • Data Operations Management Supports Director, Clinical Informatics and Data Analytics Manager with delivery and progress of informatics initiatives, projects, and assignments.
  • Communicates updates from data analytics team to other Fortify departments.
  • Provider Network
  • Manages updates to Fortify's provider roster and ensures appropriate access for providers, clinical team members and administrators to Fortify's population health IT platform.
  • Tracks provider compliance with active engagement requirements for the Network.
  • Project Management
  • Facilitates the successful planning, build, implementation, and evaluation of projects identified in Fortify's strategic plan.
  • Network Strategy
  • Supports the Director, Population Health Network Integration with strategic planning and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in related field required.
  • Must provide record of a completed degree or academic transcript from an accredited program, college, or university at time of hire.
  • 2 years or more professional experience required.
  • Project coordination experience required.
  • Preferred Education and Experience
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in related field preferred.
  • Must provide record of a completed degree or academic transcript from an accredited program, college, or university at time of hire.
  • 5 years or more experience in the healthcare industry and within an Academic Medical Center preferred.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of the data quality lifecycle and experience with population health IT platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to plan, set and shift priorities in a fast paced, fluid environment.
  • Possesses strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills as well as, the ability to interact with and build collegial relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and a collaboratively shared leadership environment while being able to work independently as necessary.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software such as Microsoft Office (Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other applicable software.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
