Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Network Enginer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Network engineering. Duties Tier- I Tasks The Contractor shall perform enterprise network and infrastructure monitoring using Sponsor tools. The Contractor shall identify and perform initial troubleshooting tasks. The Contractor shall use modeling, mapping, exposure-analysis, or network-path analysis tools. The Contractor shall monitor and track scheduled maintenance windows and change activities Network Engineering; Tier-2 Tasks The Contractor shall perform advanced troubleshooting of network, cloud, infrastructure, and security-related incidents not handled by Tier 1 personnel. The Contractor shall correlate information from Microsoft Sentinel, Azure, network monitoring systems, network mapping platforms, and other security tools during troubleshooting and incident investigations. The Contractor shall validate network, cloud, security, and service availability following maintenance or infrastructure changes. The Contractor shall review maintenance scope, affected services, identify dependencies, and schedule implementation periods. The Contractor shall monitor operational impact during maintenance activities and coordinate escalation when unexpected issues occur. Hours and Coverage; The Contractor shall provide services continuously on a 24-hour-per-day, 7-day-perweek, 365-day-per-year basis. The Contractor shall execute work schedules to ensure that necessary planning, coordination, approvals, negotiations, and other contract requirements are completed in a timely manner so as not to negatively impact the program.
