Network Architect Network Architect Location:

Manassas, VA Overview Seeking a Network Architect to design, optimize, and support advanced, mission-critical network environments. This role focuses on modern architectures, Kubernetes-based networking, system performance, and resilient communications. Key Responsibilities Design and enhance network architectures across environments Evaluate Kubernetes networking and CNI solutions (e.g., Calico, Cilium, Flannel) Support migrations, segmentation, and traffic optimization Manage and refine ACLs and network configurations Analyze application/network performance and troubleshoot issues Conduct capacity planning, resiliency testing, and failure analysis Produce technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams Recommend network tools, hardware, and software Required Qualifications Experience with Kubernetes and container networking Knowledge of CNI tools (Calico, Cilium, Flannel, etc.) Strong networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, IP, subnetting) Experience with ACLs and packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and platforms (Cisco, Arista) Experience with high-speed networking, Linux, and scripting (Python/Bash) Knowledge of SDN, OVS, and VxLAN Education & Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 years of relevant experience preferred Strong communication skills Eligible for DoD Secret Clearance U.S. Citizenship required About INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
