Install, commission, and optimize advanced DDC systems, ensuring controls, sensors, and networks meet performance standards.Proactive Problem Solving:
Use technical judgment to solve automation challenges and mitigate project risks before they impact timelines.Technical Leadership:
Train owners on system operation and partner with Project Managers to manage risks and improve execution.Travel & Growth:
Travel as needed and adapt to changing schedules while taking end-to-end ownership of complex projects.Project Integrity:
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in project reviews to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of professional experience in HVAC, Building automation, Information Technology, or Industrial Networking, including direct experience with IP networking, Modbus protocols, or PLC programming. Must possess a valid, current Driver's License and be insurable by the company's insurance carrier. Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods. Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.Preferred Qualifications Project Ownership:
Demonstrated experience in delivering turnkey solutions while independently working with increasing scope complexity and managing resources to meet all milestones.Technical Problem Solving:
Proactively identifies and resolves system issues using a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical plans.Software & Systems:
Proficient in loading and configuring building automation software, including trends, alarms, system reports, and end-user training.Working Communication:
Clearly translates technical project details for customers and maintains disciplined documentation and safety standards.Quality & Improvement:
Anticipates customer needs and provides feedback on field tools and processes to drive operational efficiency and reliability. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
