Job Description

Reliance Health Care is seeking an individual to help support the skilled nursing facilities we serve. As a Senior Network Administrator, you will be a part of a collaborative team, whose skills, energy, and communication are valued and rewarded. Major Responsibilities/Activities:
  • Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, MS Servers, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware
  • Install, maintain, and support VMware servers running multiple Windows instances in an Active Directory environment.
  • Ability to configure, support, and troubleshoot network hardware including firewall, switches, and access points.
  • Manage AD users accounts, profiles, and security group membership.
  • Create and Maintain user mailboxes via onsite Hybrid exchange server / Azure synchronization.
  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and Office Automation equipment across multiple business lines.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, PowerApps, and other Office 365 applications to support and maintain Intranet infrastructure.
  • Support and maintain SQL Servers, SFTP server, Other Various.
  • Work with management to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
  • Coordinate with Internal Departments, external vendors, and consultant contracts to increase business efficiency and profitability.
  • Keep current with the latest technologies and staying abreast of trends and regulations to ensure effective security and compliance.
  • Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
  • Effectively communicate with management, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.
  • Ensures users/customers are provided a professional, courteous, and timely support and service.
  • Develops and maintains company system backups and disaster recovery plan.
  • Develops/selects and conducts user training on an as-needed basis.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Engineering, or related field or Five (5) years' of directly related or relevant experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications, network, and PC operating systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
  • Extensive application support experience.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
  • Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
  • Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
