In this role, you will administer and support both cloud-based and on-premises services, as well as the company's proprietary Point of Sale (POS) system. You will also provide direct phone support to end users across more than 120 locations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Configure, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all hardware, software, and network products in person, by phone, or via remote software. Oversee network infrastructure to ensure security, regulatory compliance, and disaster recovery readiness. Maintain the security of proprietary company data and manage complete system backups to protect against system failures or disasters. Plan, design, test, and implement configuration changes for both on-premises and cloud servers and software. Prepare for and execute security audits and internal investigations. Deliver responsive end-user support to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. Collaborate with the Vice President of IT, IT Manager, Executive Staff, and end users to resolve technology issues and advise on future projects. Research technology solutions for current and upcoming IT implementations and complete specified corporate IT projects. Participate in a required once-monthly Saturday on-call shift and commit to extended hours when needed to achieve project goals.

Qualifications & Technical Skills Required Technical Skills Windows Environments:

Windows Server setup and administration (including Hyper-V Clusters, SANs, and Active Directory) and Windows 11 setup and administration.

Database Administration:

SQL Server setup and administration.

Cloud & Microsoft Azure:

Administration of Azure Web Services, including Entra ID, App Services, SQL Server, Firewalls, and VPN.

Productivity & Networking:

Office 365 administration and basic network administration.

Preferred / Helpful

Skills Scripting and deployment via VBS/PowerShell and desktop imaging. Security and backup tools, specifically Barracuda Email Service, Barracuda Web Filter, SonicWall Firewalls, and Datto Backup. Communications platforms, including Zoom Phone and Contact Center. General proficiency with the Office Productivity Suite.
