We specialize in residential irrigation service. No mowing, no landscaping, no commercial. Just smart, efficient irrigation systems for homeowners who care about doing it right. What You'll Be Doing:

6 to 8 residential service calls per day Valve replacements, timer upgrades, drip line repairs, head replacements Diagnostics, wire tracing, leak detection Residential drip system installations Customer education and presenting repair options to homeowners

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of residential irrigation experience Clean, professional communication. You're the face of Controlled Rain at the door Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently Comfortable presenting repair pricing to homeowners Growth mindset. We promote from within Valid Arizona driver's license, clean driving record Comfortable working outdoors in Phoenix summer heat Note on commercial experience: Commercial irrigation background is welcome, but this role is residential homeowner-facing. If your experience is exclusively commercial, be ready to discuss how you'll adapt.
