Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Systems Administrator to join our team in Surprise, Arizona. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to manage and maintain critical IT systems within a government environment. The ideal candidate will excel at ensuring system reliability and security while providing technical support to end users.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of Active Directory, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Manage and support Windows Server environments to ensure system availability and efficiency.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for Windows 10 across multiple devices.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize Dell Technologies hardware solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Citrix environments to support end-user applications and remote access.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or patches to maintain stability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and government regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to users, troubleshooting issues as needed. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Active Directory administration and management.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server and Windows 10.
- Hands-on experience with Dell Technologies hardware solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Citrix technologies and their implementation.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a government environment, adhering to compliance standards.
