Product Service Engineer I Location:
Tucson, AZ (Onsite 5 Days per Week)
Pay Rate:
$38.00-$40.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, First Shift (8:00 AM-4:00 PM)
Travel:
Up to 25% Travel (Domestic with occasional future international travel opportunities)

About the Opportunity We are seeking a Product Service Engineer I to support a cloud-based fleet management platform used by mining and quarry operations worldwide. This role focuses on product validation, technical troubleshooting, product support, and issue resolution while collaborating with customers, dealers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to develop expertise in cloud technologies, networking, and mining technology applications. Key Responsibilities Monitor product performance and support continuous improvements in serviceability, reliability, and maintainability. Investigate technical issues and coordinate problem resolution efforts with engineering teams. Support corrective action implementation and product improvement initiatives. Provide technical troubleshooting and escalation support for customers and internal teams. Create and maintain technical documentation, service publications, and release notes. Assist with field validation activities and support urgent customer issues. Contribute to training materials and knowledge-sharing efforts. Partner with commercial, implementation, training, and engineering teams to drive successful customer outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (internships accepted). Experience with networking concepts such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, and IP networking. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. Strong IT troubleshooting and technical support skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work onsite five days per week in Tucson, AZ. Willingness to travel to customer and mining sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications SQL and database experience. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools. Mining industry or mining technology experience. Relationship management and customer-facing support experience.
