Responsibilities:

Process and Manage orders in NetSuite. Provide product quotes and solutions based on customer needs. Answer customer calls, troubleshoot common issues, or route technical questions to our in-house technician. Respond to customer emails and live chat inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Interacts with production and shipping to communicate order needs, establish shipping schedules, and help ensure smooth deliveries to customers. Support Sales and Marketing needs by providing samples, demos, brochures & catalogs on request. Manage designated tickets for various customer inquiries and issues (Front app), either handling the issues directly or designating the appropriate team members. Assist business buyers with account setup and relationship management. Manage warranty registrations and returns for both residential and commercial customers. Issue RMAs and share return tracking details. Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure a positive resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

Ability to resolve customer issues and take initiative to follow through until the customer is happy Excellent proficiency with customer service-related office applications (e.g., Front, NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral format. Understanding of warranty, RMA, and return processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the lighting industry or with a lighting product line ( LED fixtures, retrofits, recessed lighting). Familiarity with lighting terms, specs, and basic installation concepts. Bilingual (Spanish is a plus)
