This is a service and maintenance position, not an installation position. Previous professional experience servicing residential water filtration equipment is required. We are looking for someone who can confidently service and troubleshoot water softeners, whole-home filtration systems and reverse osmosis drinking water systems. Responsibilities Perform routine service and preventative maintenance on residential water filtration systems Service and troubleshoot water softeners and whole-home filtration equipment Service reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water systems Change filters, membranes and other system components Flush and sanitize RO storage tanks and filtration equipment Diagnose system issues and determine necessary repairs or replacement parts Test and verify proper system operation after service Maintain accurate service records Keep company vehicle, tools and equipment clean and organized Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service Requirements Previous professional water filtration service experience required Hands-on experience servicing reverse osmosis systems Experience servicing residential water softeners and filtration systems Knowledge of filter and membrane replacement, system flushing and sanitizing procedures Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule Dependable, punctual and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to safely lift and handle equipment and supplies required for service work Compensation & Benefits $22-$30/hour, depending on experience Full-time position Company vehicle provided for service calls Paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance Annual discretionary bonus Benefits available to eligible full-time employees following the applicable waiting period Schedule Monday through Friday | Full-time | Day shift Location PureFlo, Inc. is based in Brentwood, California.
