What You Will Be Doing Join our team as an IT Site Administrator and play a critical role in supporting the technology infrastructure at our Carlsbad location. In this hands-on role, you will provide technical support for mission-critical systems, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of desktop, server, and network environments. Working closely with Technology Services teams, business partners, and external vendors, you will maintain corporate technology standards, coordinate infrastructure projects, install and upgrade hardware and software, and support business continuity initiatives. You will also help implement high-availability solutions, manage change control activities, and provide 24x7 on-call support as needed to ensure uninterrupted business operations. If you are a collaborative technology professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required MCSE certification preferred, but not required Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role supporting mission-critical systems Experience supporting desktop, server, and enterprise infrastructure environments Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience installing, upgrading, patching, and maintaining hardware and software systems Knowledge of system backup, security, monitoring, and compliance best practices Ability to work effectively with vendors, business partners, and cross-functional technology teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation and commitment to meeting business needs Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships across the organization Willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation and support a continuously operating computing environment #LI-CV1 Our Commitment to You At Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally. Pay Range:
