Job Description
The Training Coordinator supports the execution of Semi Service Training programs by managing logistics, scheduling, documentation, and learner tracking. This role is critical to ensuring technicians, instructors, and leaders have the right training at the right time to support safe, high quality Semi service operations. Coordinate training schedules, sessions, facilities, tools, and materials for Semi Service onboarding and ongoing technical training Collaborate with Semi Service Leaders and HR to identify training gaps and skills requirements Maintain accurate training records, compliance, attendance, and certification tracking. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
