We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to design, build, secure, and optimize our network infrastructure—playing a key role in keeping our Credit Union operating seamlessly. What You'll Be Doing Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage and support network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, switches, and security systems Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with efficiency and foresight Contribute to technical projects and drive successful implementation of infrastructure improvements Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and system integrity Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technology solutions Respond to urgent IT incidents when needed What You Bring to the Table 7-10 years of experience in network and systems administration Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Strong expertise in networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure technologies Experience executing technical projects and delivering reliable solutions Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment, including escalation awareness

Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges: Sr. Network Administrator - $90,000 to $125,000 Annually Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
