Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician II to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for assisting users with various IT-related problems, including VPN connectivity, network configurations, and system performance.
