Company Description At RBH Aerospace Inc., headquartered in Long Beach, California, our mission is to be a growing participant in the aircraft and aerospace components manufacturing industry, supplying manufacturers of commercial and military aircraft. Our focus is on providing first-rate components through high-quality service, continuous improvement practices, and a strong commitment to compliance. Role Description The Junior Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. Key duties include performing system administration, troubleshooting technical issues, offering IT support to employees, and ensuring optimal network performance. This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Long Beach, CA headquarters. Qualifications Expertise in System Administration and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency of IT systems Proficiency in Technical Support and prompt resolution of hardware/software issues Knowledge and experience in managing Network Administration and maintaining secure connectivity Strong background in Information Technology and familiarity with industry Cybersecurity requirements, especially
NIST 800-171.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Relevant industry certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), are a plus Responsibilities Develop and deploy system configurations and software updates to ensure optimal performance and security Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as backups, patch management, and system upgrades Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the organization's data and IT infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and project progressPay:
