Leverage the 25Live platform to execute a broad, global approach to maximizing space utilization across campuses, synthesizing utilization data, producing high-level analytical reports, and implementing campus-wide space standards. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders on long-term growth planning, oversee stakeholder platform training, and act as the primary liaison for system administration and vendor integrations. Duties Responsible for the administration, organization, management, and functionality of the University's scheduling software system, 25Live, and PeopleSoft integration. Develop space management analysis, run scenarios, and provide reports. Serve as the designated trainer and main point of contact for the 25Live platform for the University. Develop and execute training and design user guides for the Pepperdine community. Responsible for discovering, learning, testing, and implementing new 25Live functionality. Identify and assist in implementing best practices/policies, ensuring existing processes and procedures are followed. Manage and update users and objects security. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's Degree. 3 years of relevant experience in a professional work environment. Exceptional organization, planning, and time-management skills. Superior attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with responsiveness and sound judgment. Ability to quickly learn new processes, procedures, and to learn and master new software and software features and adapt to frequent changes. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Creative and solutions-oriented approach to interpersonal and technological problem-solving. Interpret and dissect data into easily digestible reports at a proficient level. Exceptional aptitude for customer service. High levels of initiative, commitment to excellence, and a proactive approach to work. Joyful and optimistic demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Experience with scheduling software platforms (25Live experience is strongly preferred). This is a Regular, Exempt, 40 hour per week position.

Expected Pay Rate:

$70,304 per year The above pay range reflects what Pepperdine University reasonably expects to pay for this position at time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant factors such as work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
