Assesses and makes recommendations regarding staffing, operational and capital budget needs and monitoring the operational budget, supply costs, overtime, catering, phone and office coverage, travel and corporate expenses. Researches and prepares various reports for the President, researching and preparing application packets whenever the need arises to re-apply for various hospitals licenses, certificates, and compliance statements. Facilitates periodic Administrative Team meetings on key issues to assure performance improvement, quality and efficiency. Supervise and manage the Executive Assistants. Ensuring that the patient / customer perspective is a driving force behind our actions and business decisions; crafting and implementing service practices that meet patients' / customers' and own organization's needs. (Focus also includes internal and external customers.)
