Job Description:
For over 15 years, Flexoptix has been a successful provider of transceiver solutions out of Germany . We operate in a growing niche market that we have successfully disrupted and shaped through our unconventional approach. As part of our continued growth, we have established Flexoptix Inc. , our US branch dedicated to expanding and supporting our presence in the United States (Burlingame, California). While Flexoptix has its roots and headquarters in Germany, this position is specifically for our US branch and is focused entirely on supporting and developing the US market. You will play an important role in building the foundation of our US Customer Service team . If you enjoy solving problems, connecting with customers, and working with real hardware, this is your opportunity to help shape something new from the ground up.

This position is with Flexoptix Inc., a subsidiary of Flexoptix GmbH. Employment and hiring will be through Flexoptix Inc. in Burlingame, California, and all applicable l ocal laws and regulations will apply. That's The Job Guide customers through order placement and RMA processes ; prepare quotes and support pricing and order processing Handle inbound product, shipping, compatibility, and quoting requests ; follow up proactively by phone and email Coordinate with customer service, technical support, logistics, and sales teams in the U.S. and Europe Maintain and improve CRM, ticketing-system, and dashboard data ; troubleshoot basic technical questions with EU support Create help documents, internal guides, and U.S.-specific support content ; take on cross-functional responsibilities That's You 1-2 years in customer service, account management, or sales support Excellent English communication and organizational skills Comfort working in CRM systems Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Willingness to work in person in San Mateo, California Interest in the physical infrastructure of the internet; training is available for candidates new to the technology
Preferred Skills:
