Job Description
We are a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting clients across a variety of industries throughout Southern California. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Systems Administrator who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting end users, and implementing technology solutions in diverse client environments. This role is ideal for an IT professional who is looking to expand their technical expertise across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cybersecurity, cloud services, networking, and end-user support while working with a variety of businesses. Responsibilities Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients Perform and track user onboarding and offboarding procedures for customers Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and user issues Complete workstation migrations and deployments Maintain computer inventory systems following specific procedures Assist with vendor management including license renewals M365 and Google Workspace administration Configure and maintain endpoint security and MFA solutions Network troubleshooting as needed Support backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions Escalate complex issues when appropriate and collaborate with senior staff
