Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team at our Ontario, CA headquarters. This role plays a key part in supporting both customers and the sales team by ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service throughout each interaction Process estimates and sales orders efficiently with a high degree of accuracy Assist outside sales representatives with quotes, order entry, and customer service needs Identify sales opportunities and relay them to Account Managers or the Sales Manager Provide customer service and technical support via Live Chat Support the sales team by sourcing products from vendors Make outbound calls as needed (e.g., emailed orders, stock issues, split shipments) Maintain and update customer account information Relay customer comments, complaints, or issues to the Sales Manager Attend meetings, trainings, and trade shows as required Create new customer accounts in NetSuite Update and track projects regularly using Traction Tools Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to perform basic math functions and calculations Strong multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail Typing speed of 40+ words per minute Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills If you are a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both customers and sales teams, we encourage you to apply.COMPENSATION & COMPANY BENEFITS INCLUDE
The compensation range for this position is $18.27 - $24.52 per hour based on experience and skillsetYour Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.Your Health:
