As we continue to grow through acquisitions, we're looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to join our internal IT team. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and expanding your technical skills beyond traditional desktop support, we'd love to meet you. Working directly with our Director of IT, you'll gain experience supporting infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, systems administration, and technology projects while helping keep our growing organization running smoothly. What You'll Do You'll support employees across multiple office locations by: Troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software Supporting Microsoft 365 and user accounts Setting up new employees and deploying equipment Managing company hardware inventory Assisting with networking and systems administration Supporting cybersecurity and endpoint management Assisting with technology upgrades and infrastructure projects Helping integrate newly acquired companies into our IT environment Traveling to company locations approximately 4-5 days per month What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys learning and wants to continue growing their IT career.
You should have:
5+ years of IT support experience Strong Windows troubleshooting skills Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving abilities A valid driver's license Bonus points if you have experience with: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Intune or endpoint management Windows Server PowerShell Multi-site organizations Construction or field-based businesses Why Join PaveMasters?
