Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Printer Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working hands-on with hardware, and helping clients keep their operations running smoothly, this might be the perfect fit for you.Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HP printers, copiers, and multifunction devices (MFDs) at client locations or in-house
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing
- Install new printers, configure settings, and integrate with networks
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Keep up to date with product training and industry developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a printer/copier technician or in a similar field
- Strong understanding of printer mechanics and common troubleshooting practices
- Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications from major printer manufacturers (e.g., HP, Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta)
